Starring Kirk Cameron, this movie is incredible. Who didn’t love Cameron as “Mike” on “Growing Pains” ? He returns in this powerful drama on the importance of marriage. Made by the same company who put out “Facing the Giants”, this time they’ve done a really excellent job with the filming and acting. It’s a fast-paced story of a fireman who struggles with pornography and his marriage that is crumbling. The movie meets head on the questions of divorce, suffering, real love, purity and forgiveness. It’s a real film, for real issues during this tumultuous time we live in. Sure there are a couple cheesy Christian lines in there and certainly some spots where the acting could have been polished a tad more, but overall this movie is a keeper! For better or for worse.
